My training plans are customized to fit you and your life, unlike the generic training plans you'll find online. A detailed questionnaire along with a phone conversation allows me to get a better understanding of your history and goals so that I can build a plan that works for you.
Training plans range in length from 12-20 weeks. I believe that plans any shorter than that won't allow you enough time to build appropriately for your goal, and plans longer than that that are subject to too many changes in your personal life and training schedule.
Training Plans are ideal for those looking for a way to reach their goals no matter what they may be - improving fitness, returning from injury, or training for a new personal best. A training plan works best for someone who needs less individual guidance and assistance than one-on-one coaching. Payment for Training Plans is a one time fee.

Individualized coaching is the best way for me to help you reach your goals, and allows for a constant line of communication as your training progresses. I use TrainingPeaks for my one-on-one coaching clients, which is free for you. The platform is easy to use and syncs automatically with just about all GPS watches.
Individualized coaching allows for regular text messaging, and we can schedule calls as needed, especially prior to your races. Prior to starting, I'll have you fill out a questionnaire to give me more details about your running history, and we’ll schedule an initial call to talk more in-depth.
Payment is monthly - no long term commitment is required unless you want to pay in advance for several consecutive months. I load workouts into Training Peaks 1-2 weeks at a time to see how you respond to training and adjust your schedule accordingly.
